At Verde Floral Designs, we want your experience to feel calm, clear, and personal—so you feel supported from the moment you inquire to the moment your florals are placed. Our process is designed to guide you with confidence while allowing room for creativity, collaboration, and meaningful detail.

THE CONSULTATION
Every event begins with a conversation, whether we meet in person or over Zoom. Before this meeting, we invite you to complete a short questionnaire to provide us with details about your day.
During the consultation, we take a visual and hands-on approach—often selecting blooms in the palettes you’ve indicated that you love. Seeing flowers in person helps us brainstorm ideas together, explore textures, and understand your vision more intuitively. This time is all about getting to know you, your story, and the atmosphere you want your day to hold.
Your Custom Proposal
Following your consultation, we will create a detailed, itemized proposal based on everything we discussed. Each floral element—bouquets, ceremony arrangements, reception designs, installations, and finishing touches—is clearly broken down with descriptions and visual references.
We welcome follow-up calls and refinements so that your proposal feels perfectly aligned with your style and priorities. This transparent, collaborative stage ensures clarity before any design work begins.
Design & Planning Stage
Once your proposal is approved, we begin planning your floral elements with care and purpose. We carefully select blooms based on season, color palette, movement, and the atmosphere you want to create. Whether you love classic Cape Cod blues and whites, soft garden pastels, warm neutrals, or vibrant citrus tones, we guide you toward a palette that complement your venue and photographs beautifully.
We consider how each piece will work within the flow of your wedding—from the path your guests will walk to where floral elements will have the most impact.
The Final Week
In the days leading up to your wedding or private event, our team sources and prepares premium flowers, allowing them to open naturally for their most beautiful shape and color. Every arrangement is made in-house by the same designers who met with you and who will be on site for installation.
Event Day & Installation
On the day of your event, our team is on site from the start of setup, carefully placing each floral detail. Because we take on only one wedding per weekend, your event receives our complete attention.
We deliver and style bouquets and personal flowers, install ceremony and reception florals, and oversee the full floral setup so every element works together seamlessly within the space.
Final Touches & Coordination
We coordinate closely with your planner, venue, photographer, and vendor team to ensure everything flows seamlessly. From timing bouquet delivery to collaborating on cake florals and signage, every detail is handled with care. Before we depart, we complete a final walk-through to ensure your florals are picture-ready and perfectly placed.
